Personal History

Early Life
Meredith was raised by a warm church community where she helped arrange flowers and fold bulletins. She was known for her gentle nature and her soft blue ribbons, which the nuns tied in her hair.
During the Fall
She and Lincoln survived by staying hidden behind the altar. Meredith clung to him, trembling, listening to sounds she didn’t understand. A nun tied a blue ribbon in her hair before sending them away with Dante—Meredith has never removed it.
After
Meredith rarely speaks, instead offering comfort through touch or quiet presence. She is terrified of the dark and refuses to sleep unless Lincoln is close enough to reach. Her night terrors leave her curled tightly, whispering pleas not to be left alone.
